Julie has been a resident of Barrie since 1990. While still a high school student, she worked in the local hospital in the summer, registering patients in the emergency department and typing up physicians' reports. Later she worked as a purchasing agent before taking time off to care for her children. Julie has always had an interest in natural health care since her grandmother first instilled in her the awareness of herbs and natural remedies.
After attaining her Horticulturist Certificate from the University of Guelph, Julie re-entered the work force, working at garden nurseries, until she acquired a position in a health food store where she spent 7 years gaining knowledge through seminars and experience. Wanting to use her office and computer skills as well, Julie was happy to join the VFL team where she is able to apply her administrative skills to keep things running smoothly at the clinic, as well as using her passion for alternative health care to make the Vitality for Life Health Center experience as enjoyable as possible. She is always pleased to answer any questions that clients might have about products or services.
